Synergy care centre is an aged care centre. Our holistic aged care centre provides affordable professional nursing care with an emphasis on compassion. Operating in the heart of Subang Jaya, Selangor, our centre is equipped with facilities to accommodate every need of our residents, such as 24 hours nursing care by trained nurses, physiotherapist and doctor as well as attentive and caring staffs. For safety, comfort and convenience, we have 24 hrs nursing care, physiotherapy services, comfortable single and double bedded rooms with air-conditioning. We take pride in our passion to provide excellent nursing , physiotherapy and medical care .

OUR FOUNDER（创办人）

Dr. Subramanian holds a doctoral degree from the United Kingdom. She has more than 25 years of experience in the field of both clinical nursing and nursing education. Her calling to provide care of the highest standards in nursing home has led her to establish Synergy Care Centre when she was involved in conducting research and providing support for elderly in the community.
